Delayed Fulfillment: Shipping Timeline
Oura Rings will begin shipping in September. After your two-week Oura-only baseline phase, your KAATSU B2 will be shipped. A follow-up email will be sent after purchase to confirm important details, including ring size, AirBand size, and shipping address.

What if I already own an Ōura Ring?
You can still participate. However, you will not be eligible to receive a new Ōura Ring and 1-year membership. Your existing ring and account will be used during the study.

What happens if I don’t follow the protocol?
By enrolling, you agree to follow the instructions for both the baseline and KAATSU phases. If you skip the protocol, miss significant tracking milestones, or fail to comply, you’ll be required to ship back your Ōura Ring, or be charged the full retail value of the Ōura Ring and membership — approximately $420.00.

When do I receive my Ōura Ring and KAATSU device?
Ōura Rings will begin shipping in September to allow time for onboarding and baseline measurements. After your 2-week Ōura-only baseline period, your KAATSU B2 Quad will ship. We’ll collect your sizing details via email after purchase.

Can I join if I already own a KAATSU device?
This study is only open to new KAATSU users. If you’ve used any KAATSU product before, you are not eligible for this research program.

Is this refundable?
All sales are final unless your healthcare provider determines you are not medically qualified to participate — and you notify us before any product has shipped.

The warranty period for each Product begins on the date of shipment to the customer. For Product sold to a KAATSU customer the standard warranty period is one (1) year, or otherwise stated, on the electronic components and six (6) months on the AirBands.

KAATSU makes the following limited warranties during the warranty period: (a) the Products will function properly under normal use; (b) the Products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship; (c) the Products will conform to the published specifications; and (d) the Products will conform to any additional specifications agreed to in writing by the parties.
