At KAATSU, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Once your package has been delivered and signed for, KAATSU is no longer responsible for its contents. Please ensure you inspect the package upon delivery and confirm receipt.
In the event your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@kaatsu.com.
International Shipments
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
International customers are responsible for taxes and duties (not calculated at checkout). Customer is responsible for credit card processing fees for cancelled orders.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, taxes and duties if they don’t respond to delivery phone calls and emails.
All international orders incur taxes and duties.
