Device testing and lithium ion battery replacement on the KAATSU C4, C3, B2, B1, Cycle 2.0, or the Nano model.
If the device is not under warranty:
- $50 for diagnostic testing, repair, and/or battery replacement
- We’ll notify you if the cost of repair will exceed $50 (if the problem is not the battery or the air compressor).
After purchase, you will receive an email with further instructions on where to ship your product for evaluation. Shipping is an additional cost.
If the device is under warranty, first verify that you have not voided your warranty. Then, email info@kaatsu.com with your order number.
