EXERCISE REFERENCE GUIDE

A complete, searchable library of 471 exercises you can perform with KAATSU AirBands, with a demonstration video for every movement that plays right here on the page.

Who this is for

Anyone training with KAATSU, for any reason

This guide makes no assumptions about your goal. Whether you are rebuilding strength after surgery, keeping circulation healthy in your seventies, holding onto muscle through a busy season, training for competition, or simply moving a little every day, the movements are the same. What changes is the load, the pace, and how much you do.

Every exercise here is designed to be performed with light resistance while the AirBands cycle. KAATSU is gentle, rhythmic, brief, and progressively increasing pressure, so the work never needs to be heavy to be effective. Start with the movements you can do comfortably today, and let the pressure do what the weight normally would.

Exercises are grouped by the equipment they require, beginning with barbell and ending with suspension trainer. Movement and Mobility exercises need no equipment at all and are the right starting point for most people.
