1. Affiliates who generate one (1) qualifying sale during the promotional period will receive one (1) free KAATSU Custom Workout and Use Plan.

2. Affiliates who generate five (5) qualifying C5 sales during the promotional period will receive one (1) complimentary C5.

3. Orders must remain active beyond the standard return and refund period before qualification is confirmed.

4. Self-purchases do not qualify.

5. Returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or chargeback orders do not count toward the sales requirement.

6. The affiliate code or referral link must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been completed.

7. Sales generated through coupon-sharing websites, browser extensions, deal forums, or other unauthorized promotion methods may be disqualified at KAATSU's discretion.

8. Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts, or alternative products.

9. KAATSU reserves the right to verify all qualifying sales and disqualify any activity deemed fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of affiliate program policies.

10. Reward fulfillment will occur after all qualifying sales have passed the applicable return/refund period.

11. KAATSU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time.
