If the device is not under warranty:
- $25 for diagnostic testing/battery replacement
- We’ll notify you with the cost of repair (if the problem is not the battery).
After purchase, you will receive an email with further instructions. Shipping is an additional cost.
If the device is under warranty, first verify that you have not voided your warranty. Then, email info@kaatsu.com with your order number.
